The Inspiration
“The inspiration for this mini shoot came from my hometown, and a simple beach theme”.

The Venue
“We used Herne Bay beach and the beach huts for our photos which reminded me of the past when things where so much more simple relaxed and fun.”
Herne Bay is a seaside town on the south coast and harks back to a bygone era. It has a classic British seaside feel to it and was very popular in Victorian times. It’s an amazing beach for a retro style shoot.
The Dress
“We thought a vintage tea length dress and birdcage veil would fit perfectly”
Pollyanna by Brighton Belle is a beautiful tea length Vintage 1950s inspired wedding dress with lace sleeves. It has a delicate illusion neckline that has a detailed beading across the rounded Bateau neck. Lace covers the fitted bodice and sweeps across the full tulle skirt. This is such a feminine looking short wedding dress with lots of beautiful details.
This collection of sassy tea length short wedding dresses with a retro feel are great for the modern bride. This vintage-inspired collection of short bridal gowns features details from the 1950’s such as satin collars, sheer sleeves and circular skirts, perfect for dancing in.

“I put a modern twist on the make up and wanted it to pop so went with a bold pink instead of the traditional red lip this coordinated to the pinks in the bouquet.”
