Sample Service T&Cs

We are unable to sell many of our dresses online so we are offer brides-to-be the chance to try on a dress at home or at work if they live far away or are, for any other reason unable to come to our showroom in Bexley.

Use our sample service check out option for £25, pick the dress and the size you would like to try on at home or work.  (please note we may only stock one or two sizes of each design)

HOME SAMPLE DELIVERY SERVICE. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We can send you up to 3 dresses at any one time.  £25 for 1 dress £50 for 2 dresses and £75 for 3 dresses.  Please note that a £25 refund will be issued if you decide to buy the dress, or one of the dresses you tried on using this service.

Wedding Dress (or dresses) will be dispatched to you on a Monday and will arrive by courier (TNT) with a tracking number at your preferred address on Tuesday. No specific time. Dress must be signed for.

You will have 2 full days and evenings with your family and friends to try on dress.  The decision to purchase the dress of course can be at your own leisure once you have shopped around and are 100% sure it's THE ONE for you.

We will collect sample via TNT from you on Thursday of the same week from your preferred address so it arrives back at our showroom on by Friday.
